GETTING READY
Ah, getting ready on your wedding day, the beautiful moments of anticipation. Whether you are ready to pop champagne with your wedding party or have more quiet, prayerful moments leading up to your ceremony– we are here to capture you getting ready beautifully. We photograph both creative and candid moments so you get both the beauty and the tears.
FIRST LOOK
The first time you see the one you love on your wedding day is going to be special. It's going to be emotional. We provide thoughtful guidance on whether or not to do a first look, an around-the-corner prayer, letter exchange, or wait until the ceremony. Every couple dreams of this moment through wedding planning and we make sure to not get in the way, but prepare for it so the photographs are stunning no matter what. We have suggested timelines that we create for first looks and for those who want to wait.
DREAMY PORTRAITS
Let's show off your love in the most elegant way possible! These are the wedding photographs you pass down to your grandchildren and hang in your home. With compassion and guidance, we will direct and prompt you on what to do in front of our lens. You will feel totally comfortable, and get a combination of classically posed and naturally prompted wedding portraits. We always capture daytime portraits of you and pull you out again for glowy evening portraits!
THE CEREMONY
Our favorite part, when you are united in marriage! With two photographers, we don't miss a beat at your ceremony. We capture every moment, angle, and even pay special attention to how your loved ones are reacting. When you get your gallery back, we hope you are overcome with love as you relive your ceremony, and as you see your loved ones joyful and emotional reactions.

Just married! During your reception we stay out of the way and let you celebrate! (Besides taking you out for some gorgeous evening portraits, of course!) Bright setting, dark setting, romantic setting, party setting— we have the ability to capture it all perfectly with and proper light. We have been working together so long that we even know what is happening in the other photographer's camera and we capture moments differently— giving you multiple perspectives, all elegantly captured.

If you are looking for a photography team that puts you at ease, takes breathtaking photos, and makes you feel like family while you do it, then you are looking for Heather and Brian. This dynamic duo did the photography for our engagement shoot and our wedding and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Not only are the photos everything that I could have ever dreamed, but these two enhanced our wedding experience tenfold. We decided to do a first look before the ceremony, but didn’t really plan more than that. Heather touched base with our day of coordinator and set up the most perfect first look for Eric and I, in the most perfect spot. Tucked away, we were able to take time to ourselves, away from everyone else, and have these moments captured on camera. Heather and Brian were able to coordinate all of this, and photograph it, but were not at all intrusive or rushed. They allowed us time to soak it all in and be together, throughout the day. They stole us away for beautiful photos, that also allowed us to take a breath away from it all. Eric and I both believed that photos would be all we had after the wedding, and we are so glad that we trusted Watt Studios with this. Heather and Brian of Watt Studios make a fantastic photography team. Our original wedding plans in June succumbed to the Covid 19 pandemic cancellations. Heather was communicative and supportive ensuring us that she’d be available when the time came to reschedule. During our pre-wedding/engagement shoot Heather put us at ease straight away. This was extremely important because, as you know, we (ahem..particularly the groom..ahem) were both nervous! Heather was great at breaking us (ahem, him) out of our “feeling awkward” beginning-stage of the shoot. She did this by and posing us for these breathtaking natural silhouette shots, in very natural flattering ways, and we didn't have to worry about any awkward facial expressions! To be honest, my hubby-to-be was dreading the shoot, but when we got back in the car he had a huge smile on his face and said "that was fun!" I would book her again right now to relive that satisfying moment. We got great shots as a couple, as well as portraits. She really captured who we are as a couple -- we laughed lots and the photos were just awesome. From start to finish it really feels like our story and we couldn’t be happier. Heather's enthusiasm seems boundless, which is really what you need when planning gets a bit heavy going; and her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful.
